I was confused about this scent at first because, honestly, the name made me think more of chicken parm than the actual smell it is! LOL. Anyway, I received this as a sample when I purchased some other fragrances (thank you), and I LOVE IT. It is delicate but has a very nice hot throw. I made a candle with it using coco-soy wax from Virginia Candle Supply, an ECO 10 wick, and an 8 oz small mason-type vessel. It filled a medium-sized room with fragrance. Buying a larger bottle now!
