The description doesn’t mention it as a fragrance note, but I get a LOT of patchouli from this one. Sandalwood? Yeah, possibly. I get zero balsam or any other conifer tree note, nor do I detect any spice. There is a sweetness to it, but I couldn’t tell you what fruit. If I were to describe this fragrance not having seen the description, I’d would say it is a combination of patchouli, amber, and dried tobacco leaves. In my opinion, it is a warm, unisex amber-ish blender; depending on what you mixed it with, it could go either way. If you mix this with vanilla, you’ll have something close to the popular “Vanilla Birch” fragrance. One more thing: the longer you give this one to cure, the happier you’ll be. Several days out and the fragrance carried through multiple floors of my home in my test candle.
